Manager, Product Crypto

Echo Base Global is a digital finance company creating an end-to-end crypto ecosystem built on Web3 technology. Echo Base drives interoperability across its products to create an integrated, user-first experience that simplifies the complexity of interacting with digital assets. Est. 2025.

The Manager, Product will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of crypto and blockchain-based features within the Echo Base ecosystem. This person will be responsible for defining and optimizing blockchain integrations, enhancing transaction flows, and ensuring security and scalability.

Job Description/Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation and execution of blockchain-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
• Define requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to optimize blockchain integrations, smart contracts, and crypto transaction flows.
• Explore and assess blockchain solutions to enhance scalability, security, and transaction efficiency.
• Evaluate potential integrations with wallets, custody providers, and decentralized technologies to improve the user experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining core decentralization principles.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure blockchain product performance and user adoption.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams to mitigate fraud and enhance overall security.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in blockchain, DeFi, Web3, and layer-2 solutions to drive innovative product improvements.

Qualification/Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or DeFi products is required.
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to take blockchain-related initiatives from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Ability to manage product priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure smooth execution.
• Strong documentation skills, capable of writing clear product specs, user flows, and roadmaps.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, wallets, and crypto transaction flows.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 scaling solutions, DeFi protocols, and tokenomics.
• Experience working with crypto exchanges, wallets, or decentralized applications (dApps).
• Familiarity with on-chain and off-chain data tracking for product analytics.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Asana for managing product development and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in Crypto and Blockchain industries is required.
