Listing Manager (Cryptocurrency Exchanges)

About the Role:

Shardeum is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Listing Manager to lead our efforts in establishing partnerships, and negotiating listing deals, with cryptocurrency exchanges. As the Listing Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Shardeum’s market reach, increasing liquidity for our native token (SHM), and driving growth in our ecosystem.

Duties:

• Develop and implement a robust strategy for integrating Shardeum's SHM token across leading centralized and decentralized platforms.
• Identify crypto exchange partners based on metrics like market size, user demographics, global reach, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Shardeum's strategic goals.
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target exchanges.
• Negotiate advantageous terms and conditions for listing Shardeum's token on major cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Oversee the entire listing lifecycle, from due diligence and application to technical integration and ongoing support.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams—engineering, tokenomics, and marketing—to compile necessary documentation, meet exchange requirements, and coordinate listing efforts.
• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends, exchange activities, and regulatory shifts to refine listing strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze and interpret key performance indicators related to exchange listings, such as trading volumes, liquidity levels, and price trends, providing regular reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in exchange listings, token economics, and blockchain innovations, sharing relevant insights to guide strategic decisions internally.
• Represent Shardeum at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility, foster relationships with exchange partners, and explore potential listing prospects.

Must Haves:

• Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or cryptocurrency exchange listing roles within fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Comprehensive understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, and market dynamics, demonstrated by successful negotiations and listings of digital assets.
• Extensive network within the cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem, encompassing relationships with exchange operators, listing managers, and business development professionals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey Shardeum's value proposition and secure favorable listing terms.
• Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented approach, proficient in prioritizing opportunities, executing agreements, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing market data, evaluating exchange performance metrics, and deriving actionable insights to optimize listing strategies.
• Fluency in English is required.
