What you'll be doing:

  • Conduct legal research and provide legal support to various business units on legal, compliance, regulatory and commercial issues

  • Reviewing and drafting commercial agreements

  • Drafting and updating standard form agreements, forms, T&Cs, legal policies and processes

  • Providing support to internal stakeholders and the rest of the legal team as and when required

What we're looking for:

  • Currently studying or recently completed a degree in law.

  • A passion for blockchain technology, fintech and digital asset trading.

  • Understanding and/or experience working in a Cryptocurrency / Blockchain / Fintech / Finance / Trading domain preferred.

  • Good organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive and a team player.
