About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, strategic and hands-on Growth Marketer to lead and execute our marketing efforts while working hand-in-hand with the founding team to drive business growth. This isn’t just a “marketing” role—it’s a hybrid position blending strategic marketing, go-to-market, and business acumen. You’ll be instrumental in defining how we communicate our value, attract customers and partners, grow our global community and improve product-market-fit.

You’ll operate across both Web2 and Web3 environments and must be comfortable switching between high-level brand strategy and hands-on campaign execution. If you're a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to build things from the ground up, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the company’s marketing strategy across digital, content, product marketing, community, and sales channels.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to align marketing with core business goals and OKRs (adoption, revenue models, partnerships, user acquisition).
• Develop and test go-to-market strategies for Web2 and Web3 products, including growth loops and partner-driven campaigns.
• Identify key user personas and tailor messaging for different audiences (enterprise, developers, farmers, insurers, etc.).
• Own the end-to-end funnel: from awareness and engagement to conversion and retention.
• Build and manage performance marketing campaigns (organic & paid).
• Lead the development of marketing assets and narratives—including pitch decks, one-pagers, blog content, PR, and social media.
• Work closely with the product to position new features and launch effectively.
• Manage marketing analytics and KPIs; track campaign effectiveness and iterate rapidly.
• Create partnerships with like-minded communities, protocols, and ecosystem players to amplify reach.
• Act as a voice of the market: gather insights from users and partners to influence product and business decisions.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or business strategy—ideally in early-stage startups, Web3, IoT, or climate tech.
• Strong understanding of both brand positioning and performance marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Proven track record of launching marketing strategies from scratch and delivering measurable impact.
• Ability to wear many hats and switch contexts easily—strategy, execution, analysis.
• Strong data literacy and experience using analytics tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience marketing to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Background in Web3, DeFi, or decentralized networks.
• Knowledge of or passion for weather, climate resilience, or impact tech.
• Work experience in a pre-PMF start-up company.
• Experience managing community or ambassador programs.
