About Us
Our client is Sequoia backed and uses Blockchain in the legal industry.
Responsibilities
- Consistently produce reliable code in a timely manner
- Facilitate communication between product and development teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Lead and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Proficient in Solidity and adept at writing smart contracts
- Embrace a remote-first work culture, communicating effectively with our globally distributed team
Requirements:
- Proficient in Solidity and adept at writing smart contracts
- 2 - 6 years of experience in full stack development in a production environment, including experience in Solidity and writing smart contracts
- Previous experience in startup environments with security and detail oriented mindset
- Fast at implementation (will write and read code daily) but comfortable with tech lead responsibilities in supervising and eventually building a team
- Interested in mathematics, with a deep understanding of DeFi or traditional finance
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Track record of rapid growth and progression in previous roles
- CS degree from a top university
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with Node.js and React is a plus
This role is remote.
Compensation: $120-200k base + equity
