About The Role

We are seeking a Lead Flutter Engineer, to drive the development of a next-generation Web3-native mobile application. You will define the technical vision, design the architecture, and mentor engineers while ensuring the product is secure, scalable, and user-friendly. This role blends hands-on coding with architectural ownership, leadership, and close collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Architect and own the system design, technical roadmap, and overall delivery of the app.

· Lead and mentor a cross-functional engineering squad, setting coding standards and best practices.

· Contribute to development in Flutter/Dart while guiding quality and scalability.

· Design modular systems with theming, multi-language, and OTA update capabilities.

· Oversee integrations with backend services, blockchain protocols, and secure key management.

· Ensure security, compliance, and high performance across all features.

· Partner with product and design to align technical execution with strategic goals.

· Translate analytics and user feedback into iterative improvements and innovation.

About You:

· 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a Flutter leadership or architect role.

· Strong expertise in Flutter/Dart, with a proven track record of shipping consumer-grade mobile apps.

· Experience designing and scaling secure mobile systems (biometrics, encrypted storage, recovery flows).

· Solid understanding of blockchain, Web3, DeFi, or fintech systems.

· Skilled in modular architecture and resilient system design.

· Excellent communicator with experience mentoring and growing engineering teams.

· Passionate about decentralization, security, and building products that empower users globally.
