Job Description

Uncommon is developing a personalized NFT discovery and management platform. We enables NFT collectors to discover new collections, make informed decisions, and access available financial services.Our team is backed by a crypto-native venture capital firm. Since the early 2010s, we have built platforms around internet culture, and we have been working in crypto since 2017. We are currently seeking an experienced backend engineer who has knowledge and excitement for digital ownership, web3 technology, and culture.

What will you be doing?

Design, architect, and optimize backend infrastructure & integration workflowsWrite well-crafted, well-tested, and documented codeCollaborate with our product team on defining and building new featuresBuild and manage a team of engineers

Requirements

• In-depth experience with modern technologies like NodeJS, PostgreSQL, and AWS
• Experience in building & maintaining high availability infrastructure
• Experience creating programmatic APIs
• Passion for collaborating closely within a team and leading backend development in early-stage products
• Knowledge of current trends in blockchain engineering, non-fungible token platforms & projects
