Lawyer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lawyer to support our legal operations, ensure compliance across jurisdictions, and contribute to the smooth execution of contracts, deals, and internal policies in a fast-paced Web3 environment. Your legal expertise and structured approach will be essential in mitigating risks, protecting the company’s interests, and supporting its international growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance on corporate, tax, labor, and crypto-related law
• Draft, review, and approve contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Handle licensing, certifications, and company registration across jurisdictions
• Collaborate with international legal advisors and consultants
• Participate in strategic projects related to the company’s growth and operations
• Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures
• Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Support internal teams with legal input on cross-functional projects

• Higher education in Law
• 3+ years of legal experience in corporate, fintech, or international environments
• Strong contract drafting and legal negotiation skills
• Excellent planning, multitasking, and communication abilities
• Ability to manage legal processes and collaborate across departments
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)

• Experience in IT, fintech, or crypto industries
• Familiarity with legal-tech tools and international legal practice
