We are seeking a LatAm Marketing Associate to join Blockchain.com’s Marketing Team and spearhead our regional growth. As the architect of our LatAm marketing strategy, you’ll have the autonomy to craft a localized approach, while seamlessly integrating with our global marketing team. This is your chance to become a key player in scaling Blockchain.com in a young market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Marketing and Growth:

• Champion the LatAm marketing vision: Support in the regional strategy aligned with Blockchain.com’s global mission, focusing on high net worth (HNW) client growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research: Analyze regional trends, competitor strategies, and identify key growth opportunities for Blockchain.com in the LatAm market.
• Develop and implement localized marketing campaigns: Craft targeted campaigns tailored to the unique needs and preferences of HNW clients in LatAm.

Client Acquisition and Engagement:

• Drive client acquisition: Develop and execute targeted acquisition strategies across various channels to attract and convert new Blockchain.com clients.Develop thought leadership content: Create content (blog posts, social media content, webinars) that educates and informs potential clients in LatAm.Organize and execute exclusive events: Plan and host high-impact events (dinners, conferences) to build relationships, generate leads, and promote brand loyalty among current and potential clients, and local influencers and industry leaders.Partner with product and sales teams: Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure Blockchain.com’s offerings cater to the specific needs of the LatAm market. 

Influencer Marketing and Ecosystem Building

• Build and manage strategic partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and media outlets in LatAm’s fintech and business sectors to amplify brand reach and trust.Develop influencer and affiliate programs: Establish and manage strategic local influencer and affiliate partnerships to expand reach.

Measurement and Optimization:

• Track and analyze campaign performance: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement reporting metrics: Establish robust reporting frameworks and metrics to measure the success of the LatAm marketing strategy and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus in crypto or FinTech
• Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns for high net worth clients
• Experience managing influencers and affiliate campaigns
• Strong understanding of the crypto landscape
• Fluent in English
• Experience in event planning (preferred)

Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses. 

Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment.  Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
