LATAM Ecosystem Lead

The Monad Foundation is a team of dedicated ecosystem and community builders who are on a mission to massively grow the impact of decentralized tech. We believe that the Monad blockchain--the performant and parallel EVM Layer 1--will help decentralized apps eat the world.

The Role

The Monad Foundation is on a mission to establish Monad as the leading blockchain in Latin America in mindshare and adoption among developers and retail users. We’re looking for a LATAM Ecosystem Lead to drive regional growth and empower the next generation of founders building on Monad.

You’ll be the champion for LATAM builders – identifying founder talent, creating initiatives for founder success and connecting the dots between regional use cases and ecosystem opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Drive brand and mindshare growth for Monad across the region.

• Own the strategy for making Monad the blockchain of choice for developers and early-stage startups.

• Build deep connections within regional partners and communities.

• Design and lead regional growth initiatives and programs that activate strong builders.

• You will be the bridge between local builders and the global Monad ecosystem – surfacing talent, driving funding and growth in LATAM projects.

• Drive expansion into key verticals – DeFi, consumer apps, payments, stablecoins.

• Own goals and metrics for mindshare, adoption and on-chain startup revenue in the region.

Who You Are

• 6+ years of experience in crypto, with a proven track record of scaling ecosystems in competitive markets.

• Native in Spanish (or Portuguese) with strong English proficiency, you can navigate business conversations and build trust across cultures.

• Strong connections with founder communities and important players in the region.

• You are opinionated about what it takes to be a great founder, and are passionate about early-stage startups.

• You understand what drives meaningful blockchain adoption, and bring the network and resourcefulness to deliver results.

• You operate with a founder mentality – you own outcomes, move and execute fast.

Nice To Have

• Technical background and ability to engage credible with developers on technical topics.

• Experience running ecosystem programs (accelerators, hackathons).

Location

• Based in Mexico or Argentina, with the flexibility to travel frequently across the region.
