Job Description

We currently have an opportunity to join our team at Trust Wallet as a KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Manager. This role manages end-to-end KOL campaign development, implementation, and performance analysis within the Web3 space to achieve brand objectives and measurable results.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor innovative and engaging KOL campaigns in the Web3 space to achieve measurable brand objectives.

• Track and analyze KOL campaign performance using key metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend data-driven strategies for improvement.

• Work closely with KOLs on strategic content planning, ensuring it aligns with the brand, targets the audience effectively, and adheres to content calendars and briefs.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and identify new partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and influence within the Web3 community.

• Work effectively with marketing, content, social media, and product teams to ensure integrated and coherent brand messaging across all initiatives.

• Stay updated on Web3 trends and influencer marketing best practices to inform campaign strategies and content creation.

• KOL Sourcing, Onboarding, and Management: Identify, vet, onboard, and oversee the day-to-day interactions with KOLs, including defining creative strategies, drafting briefs, and ensuring content quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Web3 marketing, directly contributing to community growth and impactful influencer collaborations.

• Experience utilizing social media platforms and analytics tools to measure the impact of influencer and community initiatives on key business metrics

• Proven success in influencer marketing or KOL management within Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency, with a strong ability to manage and leverage KOL relationships to achieve marketing goals.

• A proactive and self-starting individual with a passion for crypto, capable of independent work and responsive team collaboration to execute marketing strategies effectively within the fast-paced Web3 environment

• Strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technologies, NFTs, and cryptocurrencies, to effectively identify and engage relevant influencers and communities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport and collaborate effectively with content creators and influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign goals.

• Creative and strategic thinker with strong attention to detail, capable of developing and executing innovative influencer and community engagement plans that support overall business objectives.

• Professional Blockchain experience preferred

• Experience or understanding of how Web3 works, including interacting with wallets, utilizing tokens, and navigating relevant communication channels within the space.

• Extensive network with Web3 KOLs and demonstrated strong account management skills to readily leverage existing relationships for impactful campaigns.
