Competencies

  • Proven ability to recruit for both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (marketing, operations, ecosystem) roles.
  • Deep sourcing expertise, with the ability to engage passive talent across global markets.
  • Skilled at building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing with data.
  • Strong ownership of process, with experience optimizing ATS systems and recruitment operations.
  • Agile and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years recruiting/TA experience, including deep technical recruiting experience 
  • 3+ years of passive sourcing experience
  • Previous experience recruiting in Web3, open-source, or blockchain ecosystems OR global tech start ups.
  • Familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices.
  • Passion for emerging technologies
