We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange.

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving our product strategy and execution within a dynamic environment. You will develop and manage the team's roadmap, ensuring that project milestones align with our strategic goals. Your role involves defining product features, conducting user research, and managing the backlog to facilitate timely product launches. By engaging directly with customers, you will gather valuable insights to enhance user experiences. Additionally, you will prioritize initiatives, conduct market analysis, and represent the team in cross-functional communications, all while leveraging your expertise in regulated financial products and digital assets to create innovative solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and oversee the team's strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with key priorities.
• Create feature definitions and specifications, conduct user research, and manage the backlog for efficient product delivery.
• Connect with customers to gather insights and enhance user understanding.
• Assess and prioritize projects, making informed trade-off decisions.
• Carry out market research and analysis to guide product strategies.
• Act as the team's liaison in cross-functional communications.
• Manage specific features within a designated product line.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Experience in settlement operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital assets and private key management is desirable.
• Data-informed approach with a focus on user experience.
• Knowledge of regulated financial products for institutional clients is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for creating engaging customer-facing products.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and refining software or financial products.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, coupled with a commitment to learning and humility in teamwork.
