About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Design product growth strategies with a focus on user growth

• Optimize the entire funnel of user acquisition -> activation -> retention through data analysis

• Deeply understand the business logic of DeFi/NFT/Staking, as well as the underlying technology logic of blockchain, and collaborate with the technical team to advance the implementation of on-chain innovative scenarios

• Build a data monitoring system and develop improvement plans for core metrics such as DAU/MAU and conversion rates

What We Look For In You 

• 3+ years of experience in internet product management

• Familiarity with the underlying mechanisms of blockchain (consensus algorithms/smart contracts/Gas models, etc.) and mainstream public chain ecosystems

• Proficient in data analysis tools (SQL/Python/Mixpanel) and able to discuss technical implementation plans with the development team

• Possess a keen business sense and have successfully implemented viral marketing/social customer acquisition strategies
