Responsibilities

• Work directly with Italian-speaking clients to assess their specific needs and recommend appropriate cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.
• Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and functionalities of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency investments.
• Assist clients during the implementation phase, offering technical support and ensuring successful adoption of solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space to provide clients with relevant insights.
• Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of blockchain applications.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor in the evolving blockchain landscape.

• Fluency in Italian and English is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or a similar role, especially within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industries.
• A solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency principles.
• A keen interest in emerging technologies and their business applications.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and stay informed about advancements in blockchain technology.
