Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking clients to identify their needs and introduce them to our cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.
• Provide expert advice on the applications and advantages of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency investments.
• Facilitate the implementation process, offering technical support and guidance throughout.
• Monitor industry trends to deliver timely and relevant insights to clients.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to maximize clients' understanding and usage of blockchain technologies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor in the cryptocurrency domain.

• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• Experience in consulting, customer service, or a related field, particularly in cryptocurrency or blockchain.
• Thorough understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
