As an IT Administrator in our team

Responsibilities

• We build and support an efficient on/offline working environment for global offices in Korea and Singapore.
• Design and operate IT equipment management regulations integrated in-house.
• We introduce software necessary for work in-house and operate it so that it can be used efficiently. (Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Software, Jira, etc.)
• We purchase offline equipment necessary for members' work and manage it so that it can be used sustainably. (Conference System, Laptop, Monitor, etc. New/existing member equipment purchase/setting, management and inspection support)
• When a member's on/offline IT system fails, it diagnoses, responds to, and resolves the failure. - IT Help Desk, remote support for overseas offices
• We design and train security systems and guides for in-house information protection.
• It is in charge of general affairs support to support members so that they can focus on their work, focusing on the above tasks.

What we want you to have

• Those who have more than 3 years and less than 7 years of related experience
• Those who have taken the lead in IT operation work at a global company with a total of 100 or more employees
• Those who have experience working in English or who can communicate in English
• Those who have CCNA certification

• Those who have experience in operating HW and SW asset management
• People who take pleasure in helping people by improving their surroundings
• A person who communicates flexibly and accurately with various people
• Those who are not afraid to learn new technologies
• Those who have an IT-related major or related qualification
• Those who hold CCNP certification
