IT Manager (Singapore)

We process billions of requests on a daily basis and provide unified user-friendly access for developers to all prominent Web3 protocols—from Ethereum and Polygon to Solana. As an IT Manager, you will ensure that all Chainstack employees globally have the technology they need to get their job done, from access to SaaS tools and reliable laptop to up-close coordination with other teams like Operations, Talent, and Finance so data is secure.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Plan, organize, control and evaluate cloud IT and data operations
• Identify and document all applications and subscriptions throughout the organization
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Preserve assets, information security and control structures
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness by evaluating and monitoring inventory across the organization

Job Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer software/hardware systems
• Expertise in SaaS, cloud systems management and data security/governance
• Hands-on experience with compliance standards like ISO 27001, reports like SOC 1 and SOC 2
• Excellent attention to details
