We are Chain Capital, a Singapore-based crypto venture firm investing in Web3 infrastructure worldwide since 2015. Our portfolio already exceeds 50 projects, including Filecoin, Kyber Network, QuarkChain, Metis, and other protocols that have grown into multi-billion-dollar ventures.

What You’ll Do

• Deal sourcing — independently spot early-stage Web3 teams at hackathons, in private Telegram groups, and across the depths of Web3.

• Due diligence — vet teams, tokenomics, smart-contracts, and markets; draft investment memoranda.

• Portfolio support — act as founders’ first call; assist with GTM, partnerships, listings, and legal stack.

• Fundraising — join LP meetings and open new capital channels for the fund.

• Investment-committee voting — defend deals and shape Chain Capital long-term strategy.

• Thought leadership — write analytical notes and, ideally, speak at events such as ETHGlobal, Token 2049, and Devconnect.

Who We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in crypto venture, trading, a DeFi product, or your own Web3 startup.

• Proven personal track record — closed rounds, exits, or a portfolio that has outperformed BTC.

• Ability to rapidly build market hypotheses and back them with data.

• Network strength — you know whom to ping for a private allocation before a project surfaces on Cryptorank.

• English C1+; any second Asian or LatAm language is a plus.

• Degrees are appreciated, yet we value intellectual footprint higher: open-source commits, research, public reports.

Compensation

Base — USD 180k – 240k per year
Performance bonus — 15 – 25% of base when target IRR is exceeded
Carry — 5 – 8% at partner level after hurdle rate
Token allocations — Pro-rata participation alongside the fund
Perks — Paid trips to key Web3 events, research budget, co-working stipend
