Integration Leader

enBiPa is building JustOne, the first non-profit Web3 social media & NFT directory platform run by women and queers. JustOne #Rainbow photo sharing app is available on iOS, Android, and Web. The JustOne community has been growing since 2018, and we have designed an extensive roadmap to move us forward. We are reincorporating our company structure to give back and to build the new social media with these goals in mind. The JustOne project is planning to go fully open source and run on the decentralized network by 2023. We are currently recruiting for an Integration Leader position. Our nonprofit will have democratic and transparent management structure as follows: https://just1.app/ownership You will become one of our partners and you will be responsible to develop software solutions using blockchain technologies with a focus on security in this role. Key Accountabilities and Scope:

• Interpret project manager requirements and make engineering estimates.
• Write helpful and complete documentation for technical end-users.
• Code review the work of peers to assure quality, security, and performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems/workflows for performance, speed, and accuracy.

Skills Required:

• A professional understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and its Yellow Paper.
• Fluency in JavaScript, Node.js, and NGINX.
• You care about building high-quality well-tested code.
• Experience with Web3 related libraries and API design.
• A high level understanding of common cryptographic and smart contract related vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Strong debugging skills and/or experience with reverse engineering.
• Great written communication skills.

Tasks:

• Research and identify projects which would benefit from integrating with JustOne.
• Investigate project processes to determine the best way they could integrate with JustOne.
• Identify the relevant contact channels (mail, social networks, event where team members are attending) and contact project decision makers to propose them JustOne integrations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant projects.
• Write integration proposals according to projects needs and wants. Collaborate with projects to improve those proposals.
• Close integration deals with projects and manage the relations between the projects and the JustOne dev team.
• Gather feedback from partner projects, help with continuous improvements and propose new JustOne usages.
