Integrated Marketing Manager

The Integrated Marketing team is looking for a marketer with experience supporting and driving high impact integrated campaigns, social-first content, IRL activations and rapid response in a fast-moving global company. We are looking for someone who understands how to translate consumer truths into compelling narratives, and is passionate about connecting people through storytelling and break-through creativity.

Ideal candidates can balance the need to move fast while thinking strategically, drive campaigns forward in any situation, excel in project management and FALSE track record for culturally-relevant campaigns that gain media attention and drive consumer engagement. The right individual will bring a balanced combination of ambition, judgment, creativity, flexibility and critical thinking - all with the passion and enthusiasm for building the Coinbase brand and advancing crypto’s goal of updating the financial system.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting integrated marketing campaigns and breakthrough consumer experiences across paid, owned and earned, including brand, product & sponsorships (NBA).
• Independently drive social-first content, IRL activations and rapid response efforts with ability to manage them as concurrent workstreams.
• Independently drive and support public affairs campaigns and rapid response efforts across owned, earned, paid and events, in support of promoting regulatory clarity for crypto
• Drive integrated XFN process for successful execution and optimization of campaigns and marcomm efforts.
• Develop and deliver strong creative briefs and briefings, collaborating with and supporting creative and production teams throughout the process.
• Understand crypto and macro-economic trends to inform strategy and creative execution.
• Deliver measurable increase in brand awareness across all audiences.
• Become an expert of Coinbase products and audiences.

What We Look For In You:

• 7+ years of experience in roles of growing responsibility at a global consumer brand(s)
• Proven experience supporting scaled integrated brand campaigns & independently driving marketing projects.
• Excels working in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment; strong ability to think on feet and pivot on the fly, while keeping work and teams on track toward efficient execution
• An entrepreneurial mindset: you’ll run through brick walls to make the most of every opportunity to develop breakthrough creative & impactful experiences (big and small).
• Best-in-class marketing, communication, project and team management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient data and analytical skills and the ability to make strategic budgetary tradeoffs to accomplish goals.

Nice To Haves:

• Experience with consumer tech or mission-driven brand on a global level a plus.
