Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations. General Dynamics experience is strongly preferred.

Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is required at time of hire with ability to obtain a Polygraph. The Information Assurance Manager is accountable for all regional and local aspects of the Information Assurance program within the General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) security organization under the administration of the National Industrial Security Program. You’ll manage and assure the operational efficiency of the Information Assurance program including financial, staffing, training, and personnel performance. You’ll also assure the proper execution of the information assurance vision, mission, and program strategy. We’ll rely on you to assist in the development and implementation of short-term security objectives and strategies including policy and procedure change recommendations. It’s an exceptional challenge and for a true leader, it’s an equally exceptional opportunity.

What you bring to the table:

Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range: USD $145,161.00 - USD $157,068.75 /Yr. Company Overview:
