Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the human resources function for PlayersClub, overseeing all aspects of HR operations, policies, and procedures.- Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, product managers, and other teams to understand the company's long-term vision and align HR strategies to support business goals.- Design and implement scalable HR processes to accommodate rapid company growth, from startup to mid-size, while maintaining a positive company culture.- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry, including software engineers with expertise in blockchain technology (e.g., Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.).- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a workplace that celebrates unique backgrounds, qualities, and cultures, enhancing the overall work environment.- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision plans, wellness, work-from-home allowances, and other perks.- Implement performance management systems, professional development programs, and mentorship opportunities to support employee growth and retention.- Ensure HR compliance with local and federal laws and regulations, including E-Verify participation.- Foster a culture of empathy, care, and continuous improvement, supporting employees in their personal and professional growth journeys. Requirements: - Minimum of 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology or blockchain industry.- Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations, policies, and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.- Experience with high-growth companies, transitioning from startup to mid-size, is highly desirable.- Familiarity with blockchain technology and NFTs is a plus, allowing you to better understand the needs and challenges of the workforce.- Knowledge of HR best practices, including diversity and inclusion initiatives, talent acquisition, and performance management.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, collaborating with a diverse and dynamic team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.- A passion for building a cohesive and supportive work culture, promoting employee well-being and satisfaction.
