Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-performing Investor Associate to join our investment team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Managing Partner and fast-track your growth toward becoming a Portfolio Manager. You’ll start by sourcing promising crypto protocols and founders, setting up investment calls, and joining our leadership on diligence and structuring. Over time, you’ll take ownership of deals, lead diligence independently, and present investment opportunities to the committee. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone looking to build a long-term career in crypto venture and structured finance.

Compensation

This is a carry-only role, designed for entrepreneurial professionals who want to be rewarded based on the deals they bring in and help close. You will receive a meaningful share of carry on every transaction you originate that receives investment approval—aligned directly with the value you help create. There is no base salary for this position. Compensation is success-based, performance-driven, and tied directly to deal execution. For top performers, there is a clear path toward a Portfolio Manager title with larger ownership of deal flow and expanded carry participation.

Responsibilities

• Source and qualify tokenized protocols and Web3 projects post-TGE

• Set up and coordinate introductory calls with founders and project teams

• Join diligence calls with the Managing Partner and co-lead investment discussions

• Conduct market research, token analysis, and protocol evaluation

• Prepare and present due diligence materials to the investment committee

• Develop into a lead investor, managing deals from sourcing to close

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in crypto, VC, private equity, trading, or research

• Strong understanding of token mechanics, DeFi, and the broader Web3 landscape

• Highly organized, proactive, and intellectually curious

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term ambition to grow into a Portfolio Manager role
