As a Head of Product, you will join the Product Team to be responsible for a design-led approach (customer need focused) scaling the product portfolio and working with senior stakeholders to create a Product roadmap and drive the development of the product suite. You will oversee multiple products and associated feature lines with the support of the product and other teams to create industry-leading offerings that will drive the success of the business.

What you'll do

• Leading product managers and business analysts in their day-to-day management of product development, launches and business inclusion activities.
• Taking full responsibility for the product management lifecycle, ensuring that ideas are developed, robustly tested and successfully launched within the required timescales and budget.
• Continuing assessment of the product lines including supporting product managers in their day-to-day management. This will also include commercial and technical assessment of potential new products, partners and their management, including timelines for launches and business inclusion activities, to ensure that all stay on track and any issues are clearly reported.
• Working with the User Experience resources to produce a detailed user experience framework including user journeys in order to define a range of product variants and features.
• Producing and maintaining a roadmap across all products at an executive and managerial level; provide recommendations and decisions for future movements in order of priority;
• Owning information architecture defining the structural design of the product
• Conducting usability testing through use of hi- and lo-fidelity prototypes and report results back to Product, Engineering, and Business
• Regularly incorporating usability findings (e.g. sprint, UAT and field feedback) into future design

On day one you'll bring

• Software environment background and experience with working on enterprise applications.
• Technically comfortable.
• Background of pure product management.
• Proven experience in taking a product from inception to launch.
• Experience of working within an Agile Scrum Environment.
• Experience in an enterprise software environment.
• Experience as a Business Analyst and Product Manager.
• Experience in Project management.

We'll love it even more if you have

• Cryptocurrency experience.
• Experience working on products for an exchange, or financial markets division of an international investment bank or broker.
• Knowledge of financial markets infrastructures and financial instruments across all asset classes.
