• Build out Sei’s payments and stablecoin ecosystem to allow for more use cases of stablecoins on the Sei network - building out a native payments ecosystem will be key for this role.
• Attain brand name institutional partners and collaborations.
• Spearhead payments business development efforts and partnerships with traditional finance and top web 2 payments companies.

• Minimum of 5 years in payments, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of payments processing systems, web 3 market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Robust network within financial and regulatory communities.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
