• We are seeking a talented NFT Community Business Development Lead to join our team at Sei.
• Reporting directly to directors at Sei, you will play a crucial role in enabling NFT use-case collections and supporting global community projects on Sei.
• Your primary responsibility will be to build and grow the NFT community on Sei, driving adoption and engagement.
• About the Team: Our team focuses on all aspects of business development within Web3 native use cases, including NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi.

• A Day in the Life: Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities within the NFT space
• Managing and prioritizing a pipeline of NFT community projects
• Negotiating terms and agreements with partners and collaborators
• Setting quarterly and annual goals to drive NFT community growth on Sei

• 2-4 years of experience in Web3 technologies and ecosystems
• Proficiency in guerrilla marketing tactics and crypto culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a grasp of governance forums
• Ability to make autonomous decisions and articulate ideas clearly
• Expertise in building and leveraging relationships, particularly within the NFT community
• Strong networking skills within the NFT community
