Sei Foundation is seeking a visionary Head of Incubations to lead our incubator program, aimed at nurturing and accelerating blockchain startups. This role is pivotal in identifying, investing in, and supporting early-stage projects that can contribute to the Sei ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital or startup incubation, with a proven ability to identify and support promising projects and entrepreneurs. You will work closely with founders, providing them with the resources, guidance, and network needed to succeed.

Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the strategic direction of Sei's incubation program and align it with Sei’s mission and goals
- Scout and evaluate potential startup partners with a focus on innovative blockchain technologies.
- Provide mentorship and resources to startups to aid their development and integration into the Sei ecosystem.
- Build partnerships with VCs, other incubators, and technology providers to enhance the program's offerings.
- Organize workshops, pitch days, and networking events to foster a vibrant community of innovators.
- Monitor the progress of incubated projects and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure their success.
- Promote the incubation program within the blockchain community to attract top talent and projects.
Requirements - Experience in venture capital, startup incubation, or entrepreneurship (ie former founder).
- Proven experience in venture capital, startup incubation, or a related field within the blockchain or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the blockchain industry and emerging technology trends.
- Proven track record of identifying and nurturing technology startups.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, support, and scale early-stage projects.
