What you'll be doing

• Craft and execute bold marketing strategies to elevate their Web3 brand.

• Lead campaigns that captivate and expand the blockchain and crypto communities.

• Drive user growth and engagement through innovative growth hacking techniques.

• Own social media presence across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and more.

• Stay ahead of market trends and competitors to spot new growth opportunities.

• Work closely with the product team to create compelling marketing materials.

• Manage the marketing budget to ensure impactful spend.

What you'll need

• Proven track record in marketing leadership, ideally in Web3, fintech, or tech.

• Expertise in creating innovative marketing strategies that drive growth.

• Strong data-driven mindset, with a knack for market research and analysis.

• Deep experience with both digital and traditional marketing channels.

• Creative, with a sharp eye for compelling communication and storytelling.

• BSc/BA in Marketing or related field (MSc/MA a bonus).

• Passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency with a keen understanding of the industry.
