As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own YO's ecosystem-driven growth strategy, driving adoption of our infrastructure across the broader application landscape. You will own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships.

Who you are

• 3+ years in BD, ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or web3 infra

• Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems

• You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships

• Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams

• Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments

• Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield
