We’re hiring a Head of Developer Ecosystem to lead Thrive’s global DevRel strategy, drive builder acquisition, and own our engagement with the Web3 developer community. This is a high-impact role at the center of our ecosystem growth strategy.
You’ll be responsible for sourcing and supporting the best Web3 builders, optimizing the builder journey from discovery to funding, and collaborating with partner ecosystems to ensure top developers get matched with high-leverage opportunities.
The ideal candidate has deep DevRel or ecosystem growth experience, is technically fluent, thrives in ambiguity, and has operated at a high level in a fast-moving Web3 environment.
You are a proactive, entrepreneurial-minded individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Ideally, you’ve had experience founding or running your own venture, or have spent 2–3 years immersed in the entrepreneurial world. You're based in Western Europe or North America and bring a self-directed, outcome-driven approach to your work. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You’re energized by open-ended challenges, take full ownership of your work, and adapt fluidly to evolving roles and responsibilities. You operate with a bias toward action, staying focused on impact over process, and don’t need close management to drive high-quality outcomes. You align deeply with our mission and bring a flexible, growth mindset to everything you do. You understand that job descriptions are starting points, not boundaries, and you’re excited to step up wherever needed to move the mission forward.
