Head of Business

What we're looking for

Jito Labs is seeking a talented and hungry head of business to build the future of MEV with us. You’ll work with the team to drive large features from start to finish, mandated by company milestones. This is an incredible opprtunity to join a startup at the ground floor and help us scale business operations and business development from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue and runway estimation models
• Develop go-to-market strategies with the CEO
• Working with third-party accountants and payroll
• Defining legal strategy
• Working closely with engineering and customers to shape future product direction
• Collaborating with decentralized protocols for partnerships and integrations

Qualifications

• 3+ years operating in a chief-of-staff or similar business dev role
• 2+ years experience working with blockchain technology and communities
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with ambiguous solutions
• Ability to prioritize tasks given business needs and run tasks to completion
• Comfortable context switching across many tasks
• Ability to lead hiring efforts across all company verticals
