Growth Marketing Manager (AVN - 0813241)

The company is building a suite of composable margin-based exchanges. Its flagship product, launched five months ago, has already facilitated over $1 billion in trading volume, attracting 15,000+ users and $15 million in market-making deposits. Backed by industry leaders, the company is pioneering accessible leveraged trading and market making. With a proven market and strong investor support, it's focused on delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies, identifying new channels and collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure impactful results.
• Drive the ideation, strategy, and execution of campaigns to achieve user growth and revenue targets.
• Design and execute marketing experiments focused on user acquisition and product launches.
• Contribute to the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product releases.
• Develop KPIs and monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to align internal marketing and branding efforts.

• Be excited about web3/crypto/DeFi. We really cannot overstate this - you’ll be joining a team of DeFi nerds
• 4+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
• Familiarity with a wide variety of growth strategies, analytics, and digital marketing tools
• Ability to work independently and cross-collaboratively across teams
• Data-driven approach
• Proactive, strategic thinker, driven to achieve results

Bonus points for:

• DeFi/other crypto career experience highly preferred
• Experience across a variety of growth marketing channels
• Self sufficient and comfortable developing new approaches
