Our client is a fast-growing web3 startup building something collectors will love. They're looking for a Marketing Associate with a growth mindset — someone who loves experimenting, shipping fast, and figuring out what actually moves numbers. You don't need prior crypto or web3 experience, curiosity to learn is enough.

What You Will Do- Working directly with the founders to scale the product, remix content for different platforms, and find creative ways to convert users across channels.
- Design and execute campaigns that drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Move fast from concept to launch
- Build a consistent content engine with creators (in-house or external) that attracts and converts new users weekly
- Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages
- Track performance, run experiments, pull insights from analytics, and present actionable recommendations to the team
What You Will Need- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, or campaign execution (preferably at a startup or fast-moving agency)
- Proven track record of launching and scaling campaigns end-to-end — from brainstorm to reporting
- Deep fluency with social platforms: TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and emerging channels
- Experience managing creators, freelancers, or agencies
- Strong grasp of funnel metrics (CTR, CVR, CAC, LTV, drop-off analysis) and eagerness to learn more advanced analytics
- Self-starter with a startup mindset: you thrive with ambiguity, think outside the box, and don't need hand-holding
- Open to travel for team events, conferences, and live activations
- Experience with TCG, collectibles, gaming culture, or hobby communities is a big plus
