About The Role 🤔

Immutable is expanding rapidly across Asia, and Korea is one of our most exciting growth markets. We’re looking for a Growth Analyst to join our GTM team and help identify, analyse, and unlock opportunities with Korea’s leading gaming studios. This is a hands-on and analytical role that blends business development, marketing, and growth strategy.

You’ll work alongside senior BD leaders to source high-potential studios, support go-to-market initiatives, and design data-driven recommendations that help our partners succeed on Immutable. You’ll thrive here if you’re curious about how games grow, excited by the intersection of Web2 and Web3, and eager to learn from a fast-paced, global team.

• Prospect and qualify new gaming partners across APAC with a focus on Korea through both inbound and outbound channels
• Research market trends, studio performance, and user acquisition strategies to identify growth opportunities
• Support the design and execution of marketing and UA strategies that drive player growth for partner studios
• Build tailored outreach materials and proposals that position Immutable as the best platform for each prospect
• Collaborate with BD, Marketing, and Product teams to connect data, insights, and market context to actionable outcomes
• Track and report on performance metrics to continually refine targeting and engagement approaches

• 3+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as gaming, startups, consulting or marketing
• A strong understanding of gaming business models, user acquisition, or marketing strategy
• Curiosity and passion for Web3, blockchain, or the evolution of digital ownership in gaming
• Analytical strength with the ability to turn research and data into clear insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and business-level English
• Ownership mindset and adaptability in a fast-moving environment

• Direct experience selling marketing solutions to gaming studios, or executing UA/marketing campaigns within a studio
• Prior experience in Web3 or crypto-related projects
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools for analytics, outreach, or creative optimisation
• Connections within Korea’s Web2 gaming ecosystem
• Additional language skills (Japanese, Mandarin)
