At Relm Insurance Ltd, our Mission is “To contribute to the building of the future by creating solutions for complex risks in innovative markets.” As part of our journey to lead the market in emerging sectors, we are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team based in the Philippines.  

The Graphic Designer will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and play a key role in supporting creative requests across the business. This position is responsible for producing compelling visual content across multiple platforms to enhance brand identity and engage target audiences effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Design visual elements such as marketing materials, social media graphics, power point presentations, flyers, and other promotional assets based on brand guidelines.  

• Collaborate and understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs. 

• Produce high-quality graphics using industry-standard software and tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. 

• Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content. 

• Adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. 

• Open to contribute in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions. 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a minimum of five years of hands-on professional design experience.

• Proven track record as a Graphic Designer with a strong creative portfolio 

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) 

• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 

• Solid grasp of typography, color theory, branding, and layout design 

• Familiarity with Figma and collaborative design tools 

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team 

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines 

• Open to feedback with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset
