With over $5B of digital assets and a mission to transform wealth creation, we’re seeking a Global Director of Coins Sales to maximize sales of our diverse token portfolio, including MGC (Meta Games Coin), Insurance, RZ Coin, RZUSD, Car, RealEstate, Industrial, Trip, Life, Jewelry, and GoldGR. 

Role Overview 
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Global Director of Coin Sales will lead the global sales strategy for Coin Factory’s token portfolio, driving adoption across retail, institutional, and enterprise markets. You’ll build and manage a high-performing sales team, develop targeted campaigns, and forge partnerships to position our tokens as industry-leading investment and utility assets. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to maximize revenue for tokens like MGC (gaming), RZUSD (stablecoin), RealEstate (property-backed), and others, targeting diverse industries. 
  • Lead a sales team to engage crypto exchanges, investment funds, and retail platforms for token listings and distribution. 
  • Create tailored sales campaigns for each token, highlighting unique value propositions (e.g., Insurance for risk mitigation, GoldGR for precious metals). 
  • Build strategic partnerships with blockchain ecosystems, financial institutions, and industry-specific platforms (e.g., real estate, gaming, travel). 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling token narratives and investor-focused content, including whitepapers and pitch decks. 
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales pipelines, forecast performance, and deliver insights to the CRO. 
  • Ensure compliance with global crypto regulations while scaling sales efforts across regions. 

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, with 3+ years in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial services. 
  • Proven track record of driving $7M+ in annual revenue, ideally in token sales or digital asset markets. 
  • Deep knowledge of tokenomics, stablecoins, and asset-backed tokens across industries like gaming, real estate, and insurance. 
  • Experience building and leading global sales teams in fast-paced, tech-driven environments. 
  • Strong network in crypto exchanges, investment communities, or industry-specific sectors (e.g., real estate, travel, jewelry). 
  • Exceptional strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or crypto certifications (e.g., Blockchain Council) preferred.
