Your Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
• Educate clients on the benefits and functionality of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency solutions.
• Analyze client needs and recommend tailored blockchain applications to meet their goals.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients using our cryptocurrency services.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients in understanding blockchain technology.
• Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies related to cryptocurrency.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Background in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Passion for fintech with a strong understanding of digital currencies and blockchain applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for effective client consultation.
