Key Responsibilities

• Engage with German-speaking clients, providing comprehensive support related to cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.
• Assist clients in understanding our products and services, helping them maximize their value.
• Resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document and track client interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cryptocurrency regulations, technology, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance service offerings.

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
