The Challenges
You will be involved in different stages and aspects of the game’s creation in a young and enthusiastic team. You will be heavily involved in developing and crafting excellent gaming experiences for our exciting Web, Telegram or Mobile games.
What You Can Expect To Work On
- Implement and improve a variety of fast and efficient core game logics while working on our games.
- Maintain and write code for all assigned work streams.
- Creating original game mechanics or improving on popular game mechanics to suit our core
- Help provide architectural oversight across the entire application.
- Collaborate to devise optimal engineering solutions to technical challenges.
- Drawing up, documenting and implementing detailed design documentation, including charts and diagrams that outline the various concepts and components involved.
- Testing the game and making amendments to enhance its capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership to more junior candidates.
- Work closely with other departments such as the Design, Art and DevOps teams.
What You Need to Succeed
- Experience: Proven work experience with a minimum of 2+ years work experience, and completing mini games / hyper casual web based games with popular game engines such as Unity, Cocos Creator or Unreal Engine.
- High level knowledge of APIs and libraries
- Up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
- Ability to craft great gaming experiences for our players’ enjoyment
- Knowledge/exposure in Web3 is good to have
- Coding: Proficiency in C#/Typescript/C++ and be able to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. They should be able to work with data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Source Control: Experience using version control software (Git)
- Has a startup mentality and wants to help garner that type of environment.
- Be able to nurture and grow the talent that you work with down the road.
- Teamwork: Able to work as part of a team
