Requirements:

Requirements:
- Experience as a game designer for 3+ years;
- Good understanding of the game market in the WEB3 and P2E segments;
- Strong STEM background;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar tools;
- Portfolio of launched projects (at least two) and experience working on them as a game designer;
- Experience creating and maintaining game documentation: concept documents, game design documents;
- Ability to work with analytical systems, understanding of product metrics, and ability to draw conclusions based on data received;
- Ability to set goals and focus on results of work;

Proactive and energetic.
Responsibilities: - Managing the mechanics and game content development by the general concept of the game;
- Being responsible for results;
- Development and improvement of the project's metagame based on gathered statistics and analysis;
- Developing and improving the in-game economy and monetization;
- Calculating balance sheets and analyzing game statistics;
- Creating and controlling the GDD;

Nice to have
English B1;
BS or BA in Math, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field;
Good knowledge of web3 technologies, mostly about NFTs, Staking, L1 and L2s, Pooling, and other basic DeFi concepts.
