Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Government Procurement Specialist with expertise in advanced technologies to lead a groundbreaking project in Latin America, primarily focused on Colombia. You will drive procurement processes, integrating cutting-edge solutions like AI and blockchain, ensuring transparency, compliance, and the inclusion of indigenous communities and social welfare initiatives. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders, managing RFPs, and overseeing technology adoption in government procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology Expertise: Advise on AI, blockchain, and technology solutions for government projects.
• RFP Process Management: Design and manage RFPs, ensuring alignment with government regulations.
• Vendor Evaluation & Selection: Assess proposals, lead vendor selection, and negotiate contracts.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain detailed records.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on trends in government procurement and blockchain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in government procurement, particularly with blockchain.
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles, compliance standards, and project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
