Full Stack Engineer (DeFi/RWA project)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with Web3 expertise to join Prosper!  As part of a diverse, multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing new features and upgrades to Prosper’s dApp end-to-end.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to define, design, and deploy new features / dApps for Prosper’s protocol.
• Develop and optimize for secure, high-quality code, including integrations with smart contracts and other on-chain data & services.
• Integrate blockchain technology with front-end and back-end systems.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Monitor dApp technical performance and troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes & enhancements.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in blockchain and related technology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (at least 3 to 5 years) as a Full Stack Developer or Engineer working with Web3 (of which preferably DeFi) projects. Relevant experience with Web2 apps and start-ups is also considered.
• Familiarity with blockchain technologies such as Ethereum / Solidity, Solana / Rust, etc. 
• Strong knowledge of Web3 libraries / tools, such as web3.js, ethers.js, IPFS, MetaMask, WallectConnect, various token standards, etc.
• Experience with front-end development using modern frameworks like React / Next.js.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Figma, Slack, and Notion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA). 
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team located across the world. 
• Driven, with strong willingness to learn and adapt rapidly to evolving landscapes within Web3, as well as changing business needs.
