We are leveraging the state-of-the-art tooling provided by Cosmos to build out our vision of Collaborative Finance  (CoFi) - a sophisticated approach to money that looks at the real economy, the way payments flow, and uncovers the closed loops. It takes advantage of existing patterns in credit networks to save liquidity and optimally inject it. CoFi reimagines the financial system to make the small business economy prosper sustainably. We focus on mapping the payments graph, finding cycles, clearing them, and encouraging their sustainable growth. About the Role

Our CoFi team consists of world leaders in liquidity-saving payment solutions for real businesses and the underlying science that makes this liquidity-saving possible. We are looking for a full-stack engineer to work closely with the team on developing the solution, integrating with other payments technologies, and supporting it in production.  What your primary responsibilities will be:Copy link to this section

• Contribute correct, clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
• Improve the user experience and quality of the software.
• Review issues and pull requests and provide valuable feedback to contributors.
• Design and architect changes to the system to better support users’ needs.
• Build and maintain supporting tooling and infrastructure to enable effective maintenance and QA.

What we look for in a successful Engineer:

• Experience building production-grade payments systems and integrations with the financial system.
• Experience integrating with blockchain DApps and crypto wallets (e.g. Metamask, Keplr, etc.)
• Experience with full-stack development on production software
• Experience with - or strong interest in - the Rust programming language.
• Commitment to product quality and user experience.
• A track record of designing practical and maintainable APIs.
• Experience with open-source projects and communities.
• The ability to take ownership, negotiate clarity and see initiatives through.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, experience working with distributed teams, and enjoys working with others in an asynchronous environment.
