Outlier Ventures is the largest Web 3 accelerator in the world. Founded in 2014, it works with startups at various stages of their lifecycle from pre-seed / seed (via Base Camp) to later stage about to launch (or live) token networks specialising in a New Data Economy, NFTs, and DeFi bringing together a network of 1,000 's of the world's leading web 3 founders, protocols, VCs to mentor, and invest.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced front end website developer to manage our website and related web properties (ex: Outlier Ventures, Outliers, Diffusion). We are looking for someone with passion for creating stunning web experiences. An interest in web3 is a plus. In addition to execution against deadlines, this role is expected to work collaboratively across the organisation. Attention to detail is essential.  The role is remote, but a successful candidate will need to work UK office hours. The position is full-time.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user friendly, high performance, and robust websites and applications. 
• Implement new features and optimise existing ones to drive maximum performance
• Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineers, marketing team, product managers, and UX designers
• Attend daily stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritise features, plan the roadmap, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value across the organisation. 
• Outliers use Hubspot for marketing automation. A basic understanding of inbound marketing and demand generation is a plus.
• Deciding on the best web technology stack for the organisation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of relevant experience as a front end developer 
• Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn new technologies
• Champion of automated testing
• Ability to convert a design document into a working user interface
• Fluent in JavaScript & HTML
• Experience with Angular, React and/or any other frontend development framework
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Experience with Wordpress CMS (Front-end + Back-end).

Package

Package is subject to relevant experience. It will bias towards performance related bonuses, including the opportunity to invest directly into token projects on the same terms as the Outlier Ventures partnership
