Responsibilities

• Consult with French-speaking clients to understand their specific needs and tailor cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions accordingly.
• Present comprehensive product demonstrations and showcase how our services can drive value for their operations.
• Assist clients throughout the implementation phase of blockchain technologies, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
• Provide ongoing support and respond to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and developments, sharing relevant insights with clients to keep them ahead of the curve.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, positioning yourself as their knowledgeable advisor in the blockchain space.

• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in consulting, customer support, or related roles, ideally in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sectors.
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency principles.
• A strong interest in emerging technologies and their impact on the financial landscape.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
