The Team: Innovating at the Intersection of AI and DeFi

We’re assembling a new team to build an innovative AI-powered product aimed at transforming how users interact with DeFi. This greenfield project presents a unique opportunity to tackle complex challenges and push the boundaries of what’s possible in DeFi. What Will You Be Doing?

• Build the AI Engineering Team: Build a team of AI and blockchain engineers in building innovative, AI-driven DeFi solutions, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in Web3.

• Shape Next-Generation OnChain Experiences: You will be the lead architect of a novel AI product that enhances multi-chain DeFi interactions, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and user-friendly.

• Develop Cutting-Edge AI & ML Solutions: Design and build AI-driven systems capable of understanding and responding to complex user prompts, providing personalized insights and automation to simplify DeFi for everyone.

• Advance Biconomy’s Greenfield Product: Lead the creation of a first-principles DeFi interface powered by AI, ensuring that the product delivers unique value in terms of ease-of-use, insights, and security.

• Drive Engineering Excellence: Set and maintain high engineering standards, leading code reviews and ensuring that the product is built for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product, UX/UI, and blockchain developers, to ensure a smooth integration of AI technologies into the broader Biconomy ecosystem.

• Stay on the Cutting Edge: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, blockchain, and DeFi to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.
  
  

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Software Development: Including at least 2 years in blockchain development, with proven experience leading technical teams and projects.

• Blockchain Expertise: Strong understanding of Smart Contracts, Account Abstraction, Relayers, and Bundlers. 

• AI & ML Expertise: Extensive experience developing Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning applications, with a solid grasp of the latest AI innovations.

• DeFi Knowledge: Active in the crypto space for 2+ years, with a solid understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and multi-chain interactions.

• Leadership Skills: Strong technical leadership with the ability to set direction, inspire innovation, and lead teams in solving complex technical challenges.

• Clean & Modular Code: Proficiency in Python, Typescript, and React, with an emphasis on writing scalable and maintainable code. Working proficiency in Solidity and Rust would be advantageous as well. 

• Based in Dubai: You must be located in Dubai, as this is an 'in-office' role. We are open to offering a relocation package for those based outside of the UAE.
