The Role

This role represents an opportunity to be at the forefront of growth in the Eigen Ecosystem by partnering with leading protocols teams to design, build, launch, and upgrade Active Validated Services (AVS) on Eigenlayer. The goal is to enhance and enable builder use cases with the restaking primitives Eigenlayer provides while becoming a go-to expert on Eigenlayer, influencing best practices and future protocol features. We are seeking game changers to build valuable relationships in the industry, educate the dev community through workshops/documentation, and directly impact the adoption and evolution of restaking technology.

This is a full-time position that is fully remote or located with the largely Seattle-based team.

What You Will Do

• Deliver end-to-end technical solutions and integrations with Eigenlayer partners and developers, ensuring seamless implementation and compatibility across systems.

• Provide guidance to AVS developers on navigating Eigenlayer’s design space, including technical and economic trade-offs.

• Develop and maintain internal playbooks for technical solutions, optimizing for efficiency and clarity.

• Represent Eigenlayer at hackathons and industry events, sharing knowledge and fostering connections within the community.

• Serve as a point of contact for developer support, fielding questions and ensuring partners feel confident in Eigenlayer’s technical competency.

What You Will Bring

• Strong understanding of foundational blockchain and crypto concepts. Such as Oracles, bridges, RPCs and/or Layer 2 solutions

• Experience in blockchain systems design, enhancement and integrations

• Proficiency in backend application enhancements and integrations, Golang or Rust preferred.

• Solutions architecture and API design.

• Excellent developer communication skills, with a focus on answering technical questions, building trust, and showcasing the technical expertise of the team.

Nice To Have

• Experience working with major crypto platforms such as Flashbots, Chainlink, Alchemy, Infura, Optimism, Arbitrum, Cosmos. Etc. 

The target salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
