About the Role:

As a Mid-Senior Weight Designer at Flight3, you will be a creative powerhouse responsible for crafting graphic design assets, shaping brand identities, and collaborating closely with the animation and UX/UI teams. This role requires a highly skilled designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, a good understanding of brand strategy, and a passion for delivering visually stunning and impactful designs across various platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our clients' projects and internal initiatives, ensuring they resonate with audiences and drive success.

Responsibilities:

Graphic Design and Branding:

• Conceptualize and create visually captivating graphic design assets for web, print, social media, and other marketing channels.
• Lead the development and execution of brand identities, ensuring consistency and coherence across all design elements.
• Collaborate with the animation team to create engaging and visually appealing motion graphics and animations.
• Work closely with the UX/UI team to align visual design concepts with user-centered design principles.
• Lead and present projects, acting as a creative catalyst on each project.

Experience and Skills:

• Demonstrable professional experience as a Graphic or Multidisciplinary Designer, with a focus on brand development and marketing design.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality graphic design assets across various digital and print platforms.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools, including Figma.
• Experience in collaborating with animation and UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive design experiences.
• Strong creative direction and presentation skills.
• Great communication skills and ability to work seamlessly with client service peers.
• Strategic thinker with solid conceptual design ideas.
• Ability to see jobs through from concept to delivery.

Graphic Design and Creativity:

• Exceptional graphic design skills, demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and attention to detail.
• Ability to bring creative ideas to life and effectively communicate visual concepts to stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in creating visual narratives and storytelling through design elements.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in creating 3D graphics and animations.
• Knowledge of Web3 technologies and their integration into design projects.
• Illustrative skills.
• Video/Animation skills.
• Development skills.
• Automation/process development skills / experience.
• Previous experience working in a marketing setting.

Location: Hybrid/remote working from UK (LDN) | Portugal (LIS) | South Africa (CPT)
