Our ideal candidate:

• An undergraduate or graduate degree in applied mathematics, economics, statistics, or related field
• Meaningful work experience or project deliverables in either a top-tier crypto and/or gaming start-up
• An unwavering, deep interest and opinion in distributed technologies, economies, and organizations
• Ability to feel true ownership of their work given the proper economic and spiritual alignment
• Can reliably communicate and deliver during U.S-based time zones
